Invicto operates as a SEBI-registered Research Analyst. The platform publishes algorithmic strategies and provides execution infrastructure that operates only within explicit, time-bounded user authorization.
2 No Investment Advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, portfolio management, or a guarantee of return. Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions and outcomes.
3 User Authorization
Each market day requires fresh, explicit authorization. Authorizations expire at 3:30 PM IST and do not carry forward. Users may revoke authorization at any time using the Emergency Stop function.
4 Risk Acknowledgment
By accessing the platform, users acknowledge that algorithmic trading involves substantial risk of loss, including loss of entire committed capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
5 Fees
Invicto charges flat subscription fees only. No performance-linked fees. No assets-under-management fees. No success fees.
